Return & Refund Policy

Eligible purchases can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back with original packaging, tags, labels, and included accessories.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Final sale merchandise, gift cards, opened personal care goods, perishable items, and customized products are not returnable unless required by law or unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Eligible exchanges may be arranged when replacement inventory is available.
